bizOS Lite provides a complete order management flow, from customer order placement on the website to payment confirmation by the vendor. This guide walks you through each step of managing customer orders efficiently.

Step 1: Order Placement by Customer (Website View)
Customers place orders directly from your website.
1.Open the Website.
2. Navigate to the Shop section.
3. Browse or search for the desired products.
4. Add selected products to the Cart.
5. Proceed to Checkout.
Step 2: Checkout and Order Confirmation
During checkout, customers complete the order details.
1.Enter Address Details - The same address can be used for both Delivery and Billing.
2. Review and confirm the address and purchase details.
3. Choose a Payment Method:
- Online payment
- Cash on Delivery
4. Confirm the checkout.
Once confirmed, the order is placed successfully.
Step 3: Vendor Views the Order (Vendor Login)
After the customer places an order:
1.Log in as a Vendor.
2. Go to E-commerce → Orders.
3. Remove any default orders (if present).
4. If a customer has only done add to cart the order appears as a Draft Order with Quotation status.
Step 4: Order Status Update to Sales Order
Once checkout is completed:
- The order status automatically changes from Quotation to Sales Order.
This indicates that the order has been successfully placed by the customer.
Step 5: Create and Confirm Invoice
To proceed with billing:
1.Open the Sales Order.
2. Click Create Invoice.
3. A Draft Invoice is generated.
4. Make any required changes to the invoice.
5. Click Confirm to finalize the invoice.
Step 6: Record Payment (Payment Received Case)
If payment has been received:
1.Open the confirmed invoice.
2. Click the Pay button.
3. Select the appropriate Payment Method based on how the payment was made.
4. Click Create Payment.
5. Once completed, The invoice is marked as Paid. A Paid flag appears on the right side of the invoice
