Developed and owned by Bajra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Licensor), bizOS Lite is a streamlined, modular platform designed to empower small businesses and solo entrepreneurs with the essential digital tools to establish and grow their online presence (Platform).
Acceptance
a. The User shall be bound by this agreement once they sign up for bizOS Lite services.
b. bizOS Lite provides its services in an “as is” and “as available” basis.
c. The User is expected to understand that the use of services provided by bizOS Lite is at their sole risk. bizOS Lite disclaims all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied regarding the website/platform and its content, hardware, software, links, merchantability, title, accuracy, timeliness, compatibility, security, non-infringement and virus.
d. bizOS Lite will not be liable for any direct or indirect, special, punitive, incidental damages or losses for goodwill, lost profits, data or any tangible and intangible losses.
e. bizOS Lite shall not be responsible for any inconvenience or losses of any kind due to the failure or downtime of the server it is hosted in.
f. The User acknowledges and agrees that bizOS Lite shall track their location while using the Platform.
Personal Information and Confidentiality
a. The User agrees to supply necessary information as required by bizOS Lite.
b. bizOS Lite ensures that the personal information provided by the User, whatsoever shall remain confidential within bizOS Lite authority/Licensor.
c. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, for all the activities that occur in their account.
d. bizOS Lite shall not be responsible for any third-party interference.
Reporting of Unauthorized Usage
The User agrees to notify of any unauthorized account use at Bajra Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Ownership
The User acknowledges that the Licensor is the sole owner of the bizOS Lite and all portions thereof (Intellectual Property).
Restrictions on Use
The User acknowledges that they shall not sell, lease, or copy the technology, use the platform to facilitate illegal activity or reverse engineer.
Communication from bizOS Lite
The User may receive letters, email, SMS, call from bizOS Lite. If the User does not want such information, the User has the option to unsubscribe such service.
Indemnification
The User indemnifies and holds harmless the Licensor/bizOS Lite of any liability to third party, legal or financial, arising out of error or negligence of the User or their representatives.
Waiver and Severability
Waiver or failure by the User to exercise in any respect any right provided for in this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of any further right under this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
Third-party Applications Integrated with bizOS Lite
bizOS Lite has integrated third-party applications. There might be more third-party integrations with bizOS Lite. It is the User’s responsibility to read and understand the third-party terms.
Termination
This agreement (and the User’s subscription of bizOS Lite) will terminate immediately and automatically if; the User or any employee of the User or person authorized by the User to use the Software and/or Documentation breaches any provision of this agreement or upon any termination of the User’s Subscription to the Platform.
Governing Laws
This agreement will be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
